1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

• "rpsvip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the gaming platform operating at https://rpsvip.cam and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any rpsvip services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration, containing balance information, transaction history, and personal details.
• "Services" refers to all gaming offerings provided by rpsvip, including but not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer), sports betting (including bandar bola football markets), togel (Indonesian lottery-style games), and any other gaming products available on the platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their rpsvip Account via approved payment methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, e-wallets, cryptocurrency).
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a Player's rpsvip Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives awarded to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for all rpsvip transactions and account balances.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the rpsvip website, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rpsvip. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your Account.

rpsvip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the rpsvip website. Continued use of our Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Material changes affecting player rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the rpsvip platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with rpsvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum gambling age in Indonesia and is strictly enforced. rpsvip employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license) at any time. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and balances forfeited without exception.
• Geographic Restriction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our Services. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account closure.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals under guardianship, conservatorship, or otherwise legally incapacitated may not register or use rpsvip Services.
• Single Account Rule: Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, secondary accounts, or accounts under false identities) is prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from rpsvip or any other gaming platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you may not create a new account or access our Services until the exclusion period expires.
• Financial Suitability: You must gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. rpsvip may refuse service to individuals we reasonably believe cannot afford to gamble responsibly.

4. Account Registration

Account registration requires providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. Required information includes:

• Full legal name (as shown on government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address (for account verification and communications)
• Mobile phone number (for security verification)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (defaulted to IDR)
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify rpsvip customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Account Verification (Know Your Customer / KYC): rpsvip is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify player identities. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request documentation including:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the original document. rpsvip reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawal requests or suspicious account activity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

rpsvip accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata. Processing time: 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Processing time: Instant to 5 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT). Processing time: 15-60 minutes depending on blockchain confirmation times.

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by our payment processor. rpsvip does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from another person's bank account, family member's e-wallet, etc.) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with your Account subject to suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as required by anti-money laundering regulations. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be processed proportionally.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, Rp 500.000.000 per month
• Processing time: 1-24 hours for verified accounts, up to 72 hours for unverified accounts or first withdrawals
• Withdrawal fees: None for amounts above Rp 500.000; Rp 10.000 fee for amounts below Rp 500.000

Withdrawal requests are subject to security review and may be delayed if additional verification is required. Large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50.000.000) may require enhanced due diligence and can take up to 5 business days to process.

Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. For example, if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1.000.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which have separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rpsvip offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly disclosed on the promotion page before you claim.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are optional. You may decline any bonus by contacting customer support before placing bets.
• Wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) specify how many times you must wager bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. Example: A Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30.000.000 in total bets.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, live dealer games 10%, sports betting varies by odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds, typically Rp 25.000 per bet on casino games and Rp 100.000 per bet on sports.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period (typically 7-30 days).
• Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, betting on opposing outcomes, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements) will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

rpsvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated, existing participants will have a reasonable period to complete wagering requirements.

7. Gameplay Rules

All bets placed on rpsvip are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify bet details (stake amount, selections, odds) before confirming. In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction), rpsvip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Casino Games: All casino games (slots, table games, video poker, live dealer) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are determined randomly and fairly, with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages available in game information screens. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA for football, ATP for tennis, etc.). Bets are void if an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, unless otherwise specified in specific sport rules. For bandar bola (football betting) markets, Asian handicap settlements follow industry-standard rules; for mix parlay bets, all selections must win for the parlay to pay out (void selections are treated as odds of 1.00).

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during gameplay (internet failure, power outage, device crash), live casino games and table games continue to their conclusion based on bets placed before disconnection. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or risk-free betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, stolen e-wallet accounts, or any payment method not registered in your own name. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets. All betting decisions must be made manually by the account holder.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between rpsvip and other platforms, or betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of our platform or games.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, using offensive language, threatening legal action frivolously, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts rpsvip operations.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential legal action. rpsvip cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

rpsvip provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

rpsvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings
• Loss of data or Account access due to password breach or unauthorized access
• Damages resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or payment processing delays
• Damages arising from third-party actions (bank processing errors, e-wallet service outages, internet service provider failures)
• Psychological harm or financial hardship resulting from gambling losses

rpsvip's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risk of financial loss. The house edge ensures that, over time, the casino maintains a mathematical advantage. You are responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal limits, and gambling only with funds you can afford to lose.

10. Account Termination

Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, bonus balances forfeited, and remaining cash balance returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days. Accounts cannot be reopened once voluntarily closed, except after a 30-day cooling-off period.

Termination by rpsvip: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Engagement in prohibited activities (collusion, fraud, bonus abuse)
• Failure to complete account verification within required timeframes
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age
• Detection of multiple accounts under your name or control
• Business decision to cease operations in your jurisdiction
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal requirement

Upon termination by rpsvip for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, etc.), all balances may be forfeited without refund. Upon termination for non-fault reasons (regulatory changes, business closure), your balance will be returned promptly. rpsvip is not liable for any consequential damages arising from account termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpsvip is licensed. By using our Services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting rpsvip customer support at [email protected]. Provide detailed information about your complaint, including account username, transaction IDs, dates, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate to our Complaints Manager by emailing [email protected]. The Complaints Manager will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision within 30 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting rpsvip's internal complaint process, you may submit your dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. rpsvip will cooperate fully with accredited ADR providers and abide by their decisions.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve all disputes with rpsvip on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions against rpsvip.
